The internationally recognised Enviromental Management Standards ISO 14001 set the standards world-wide for the Enviromental Management System. One of RollBo Transport GmbH's main local points is the process of continual improvement is based on the method of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA):
Plan: | We set objectives and processes to achieve our company‘s environmental policies; |
Do: | These processes are implemented and realised both efficiently and goal-orientated; |
Check: | Each process is carefully checked to ensure it fits to both legal and other requirements, as well as our company‘s own goals; |
Act: | All processes are corrected or modified, if necessary. |
